• Custom, bulk, or framed art orders may take 3–7 business days.
• Dispatch confirmation and tracking details are sent via email once shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Domestic (India)

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch
• Expedited Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

International

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
• Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are borne by the recipient

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on select orders and will be clearly indicated.

6. Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery:

• Fragile items such as vinyl records, artwork, and collectibles are securely wrapped.
• Vintage books and posters are protected against folding, moisture, and damage.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, or customs processing.

Tresor is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

• Track your shipment using the link provided after dispatch.
• If your order is not delivered within 10 business days (India) or 21 business days (International), contact us at info@tresorsworld.com.
• We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and assist accordingly.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and postal code are accurate. Tresor is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
