Return & Exchange Policy

and aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return Policy
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to an error
on our part (wrong or damaged item).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the unique and collectible nature of our inventory, the following items are
non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Used or vintage vinyl records
- Vintage books or collectibles
- Handmade or limited-edition art pieces
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the damage or issue to info@tresorsworld.com.

Based on availability and the issue, we will offer a replacement, exchange,
or full refund.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for size, style, or variants where available.
- Exchange requests must follow the same process and timelines as returns.
- Returned items must be unused and in saleable condition.
5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement,
provided the item has not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Eligible items may be returned
as per this policy.
7. Shipping for Returns
- Returns must be shipped using a traceable courier service.
- We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
- The return address will be shared via email after your request is approved.
